Benches #4: Easy Removable Pillow Covers

The End Product: Beautiful Nook Benches!

How To Make a Pocket Pillow Case

Step #1: Cut Fabric
Fabric should be the same width as the pillow form and twice as long plus 6 inches
ex: 12x12 pillow - Fabric is 12 wide and (12+12+6=) 30 long.

Step #2: Iron Fabric
Fold down an inch of fabric on both sides of the long fabric
ex: fabric would now be 12X (30-2=) 28 inches
 Step #3: Fold Fabric
Fold the fabric so the long ends overlap to the size of your pillow creating a pocket, then iron sides softly to keep the cress
ex: Fabric is now folded making it 12X12 again
 Step #4: Sew Fabric
Sew down both sides of the fabric that are open, but do not sew ironed edges
Step #5: Flip and Stuff Fabric
Once both sides are sewn slide your hand in the pocket and flip the fabric right side out.  Then poke out the corners.  Grab your pillow form and stuff it into the case and admire your quick handy work!
