Elephants

This week #2 Boy wanted to learn about elephants....Thanks to Zoobooks it was easy!  We have loved the Zoobooks we have gotten.  #2 Boy has just been totally pulled in by them.  Anyway, we learned the difference between Asian and African elephants, that elephants walk on their toes with support from a pad, how many muscles they have in their trunks, and how much they eat in a year.

We also spent time dancing like Elephants to Elephant songs... our favorite is from SteveSongs called Elephant Hide and Seek.  I must add we love SteveSongs.

We also played some games with our 'trunks' (Soccer socks on our arms) picking up things and passing them around.
