Tulip Festival

The Kids
Dad has been excited about going to the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point in hopes that it would be something like the one in Washington. It didn't compare with the rows and rows of tulips but it was still beautiful and the kids had lots of fun being outdoors.

We ended up with a few wet shoes...but it was nice and hot so they dried off quickly.

The kids

The kids were super excited about how big this hill was and wanted to go to the very top.
They practiced rolling down a lot of hills.
#4 Boy needs a little more practice, he liked to end up sideways on the hill.

Beautiful Flowers

#5 Boy had fun crawling around

The stream with tulips growing along the edge

The kids loved seeing these fish as much as the flowers.  Levi kept pulling on the rail to get closer to them as he talked to them.

Tulips!

The prettiest flowers

#5 Boy loved going above the water fall and watching the water.  He insisted on standing and crawling on his own during this part.

A mix of beauty!
