Halloween - Make Your Own Costume

This year we had a lot going on around Halloween with the Primary Program the Sunday before (I was in charge of it), #4 Boy's 4th birthday the day after, a trip to California that weekend, and #1 Girl's 8th birthday the following week.  We had ideas floating around for what we could do as a family theme, but decided that this year we would let the kids each be whatever they wanted, and they would put together their own costumes.  The kids have fun doing this and it made it simple and less stressful (though I did stress a little because we were missing out a bit since we have always done a family theme).  The costumes turned out adorable and the children loved it!
