Wood Box

On Thursday Dad's work computer had issues and he ended up coming home early. He wasn't sure if he would have a computer to work on for Friday so he took the morning off. We went to Home Depot and got supplies to make a box for all our sticks to go in. That evening Dad built the wood box while I mowed the lawn. The kids are ALWAYS helpful!

The kids were all pleased with their new 'fort'...for just a few minutes

Then everyone pitched in by getting the sticks and putting them into the box

Now instead of a pile of tree parts, or cardboard boxes of sticks, we have a lovely bin to keep them all in. #2 Boy thinks it is now time to get the fire pit going again and cook up some hot dogs!
