Earlier in the week I had called about a chicken coop. I got a call
back on Saturday (during the middle of painting the boys room) from the
owner saying that the person never came to get it so we could. We left
right away and had planned to be there by 1:30 but got lost. At 1:40 I
called asking for directions and she was confused, said that a guy
stopped by saying he was there to buy the chicken coop for Julie and
assumed it was me. The coop and chickens were gone! I was a bit sad,
but decided to quickly scan KSL ads again. I found another coop, just
barely posted, nearby for a great place so we swung by to check it out.
We loved it and decided buy it. It came with the chicken coop, water
holder, feeder, heat lamp, nesting boxes, half a
bag of feed and 2 laying chickens!!!! (chickens are about a year and a
half old). The coop is 10.2 feet long, tallest point is 5 feet high and
width is 4.3 feet. We would like to add some more chickens and also
move the coop once we get the grass in where we would like, but for now
we are enjoying "finding the eggs" and "checking on the chickens."
