Western Carribean Cruise #2

Capturing a wonderful view of Cozumel!

The first port was Cozumel.  We signed up the the "Amazing Secret River" excursion.  It took us across the channel  to Cancun.
The water was super clear!  This was looking over the small boat edge all the way down to the bottom

Handsome Man!

We were super excited about this excursion!

On the trail there...letting us enter the waters

Our Guide did a wonderful job helping along and explaining

We learned about the natural filtration that occurs so that this is freshwater not salt water

The water level went from a foot deep to about 7 feet deep.  It was really an adventure

Floating with our group

After our excursion was over we waited along the beach for our ride back to Cozumel.  I took off my Chacos to walk in the sand.  I love the lines it left!

Look at the beautiful colors!

Western Carribean Cruise #1

Dad and I were excited to get away for a 7 night cruise to celebrate our 10 year anniversary.  We had a wonderful time on the Carnival Liberty.  It was warm, sunny, and relaxing... all things missing from Utah this time of year.  The first 1.5 days were spent on the boat.  We loved just being together without the constant interruption of children, though we did think about them often wondering what parts they would like most and how they were doing.  We enjoyed eating hamburgers, Mongolian Wok, and ice cream any time and also enjoyed our fancy sit down nights.  We opted for "Your Time Dining" so we could hit dinner whenever we wanted.  Most of the night we were by ourselves but often close enough to visit with those seated nearby.  One night they offered to have us dine with others.  It was wonderful to sit and visit with and get to know some of the others traveling on the cruise.

Wheeler Farm

The day before Dad and I left on the cruise (to celebrate our 10 year anniversary) I decided to take the kids out of the house for an adventure.  Sisters were able to join us at Wheeler Farm.  The kids love seeing the animals and playing with cousins.  We love going to the farm but we miss the one in Virgina.
