Spring has kept us busy. Not only are we trying to finish projects inside the house but we have started yard projects too. With so much going on dinners get put on the back burner a bit. So, when my son suggested hot dog roasts we decided that would bit a great tradition this spring and summer. So, weekly we will be having a hot dog roast outback! Do you have warm weather traditions?
On Saturday we were working on building the benches (future post!!) and the kids were
ready for lunch so #1 Girl and #2 Boy made some food and brought it out as a
picnic.
On Monday it is was so nice out that #4 Boy asked, "Can we PLEASE roast
hot dogs over the fire? We already have wood in it and our roasting
sticks." So, we went ahead and had a hot dog roast on Monday. The kids
loved it.

I haven't roasted hotdogs since I was a child, That used to be so much fun!
