With the kids being off track Dad
decided to take three days off of work so we could have a little
Stay-cation. It was just enough excitement and going without over doing
it. We loved it. The first day we hit the zoo in the morning, that
afternoon the kids played with cousins and that evening we watched Cars 2
and had a sleep-over in the basement. The second day was #1 Girl's
birthday so I will hit on that in it's own post. The third day we
visited Great Grandparents. Some of the highlights: At the Grandparents the
kids loved playing on the swings, jumping in the leaves and #5 Boy
insisted on holding Great Grandpa's hand and guide him. At the other Great Grandma's the kids loved having Grandma read them tons of stories. That
evening we dropped off the kids at Nana and Papa's home for a
sleepover while Dad and I got our first night away from the kids
ever. We went to eat at the Old Spaghetti Factory, watched a movie,
enjoyed eating out in the morning, and walked around the South Towne
Expo. Center where Tile Twist was being sold. Friday afternoon, after
picking up the kids, Dad went to the Expo to sell Tile Twist for the
rest of the evening and all day on Saturday.

Movie Sleep Over
Visiting Great Grandparents:
The kids LOVED
sleeping at Nana and Papas. When we got there Papa was holding #5 Boy and
I reached for him, but he wanted to stay with Papa a bit longer. They
had fun doing Thanksgiving trees and making a racing ramp along with
lots of other fun adventures. They were all exhausted and the older
four all fell asleep on the way home.
